Background

New to the Austrian market, STORE ROOM is an innovative, forward thinking storage company. Everything was to be fully automated, wanting to create a slicker, smarter and high tech solution to the self storage market.

What we did

We designed and developed a suite of products to manage all aspects of the business, from customer care to storage management.

Built with the customer in mind, the app and website allows searching, booking of the storage space and account handling. But the app holds it’s key feature, with smart lock opening. Using just your phone, the app becomes your key, allowing you to enter the complex, the building, opening of your storage unit and even trolleys.

To manage the office operations side, we developed a dashboard to allow the management to view statistics around occupancy, revenue and overall usage of the facility. Giving the team instant access to enable their thinking on decisions such as promotions.

Outcomes

In operation since the start of 2020, the business is still early in its journey. The no contact approach of the system has proved essential during this year, with the business able to remain operational during the pandemic.
